This iconic castle is steeped in history and seen some of the most famous figures of the last 100 years visit. In today’s Disney Cruise Vlog, we’re exploring San Juan Puerto Rico cruise port. It's our favorite port we have sailed to with Disney Cruise Line in 2022. Starting at the cruise port and then making our way up to San Juan Old Town, we visit the top attractions in the area. We also eat at a Puerto Rican - Spanish inspired tapas restaurant for lunch! Before heading back to the Disney Fantasy cruise ship, we also pick up the best Pina Colada in all of San Juan!

For sailings departing US and Canadian ports on or after June 7, 2022, fully vaccinated guests will no longer be required to take a Covid test at the port. Instead, vaccinated guests can take an antigen before arriving at the port. We'll update you on everything you need to know before sailing!

Hello 👋 from Venice, Italy!!!
We visited as a young couple in 2009 and now in 2022 with three kids!!! Things have definitely changed, but our love for this beautiful city remains. Venice sometimes gets mixed feelings from some people, but I think it's because it can be an overwhelming place if you don't do your research beforehand. Venice has so much history in a small area so go in knowing what you want to do in the time you're there. Also, don't be scared to travel off the beaten path to find local eats. Venice can be extremely expensive to eat, but we have also had some amazing economical meals. Be sure to try Osteria Al Portego!!

The adventure awaits… T-minus 22 days!! ✈️
I know we have been really quiet here recently and it hasn’t been intentional. Life has been so busy this year with all the girls in elementary school. So, I decided to pick an area to concentrate on the most and that was our YouTube channel. It’s doing better than ever so I’m thrilled about that!! ❤️ I do want to get back to posting here though and I think our summer in Italy 🇮🇹 will be perfect for capturing some amazing shots!! 📸
Our first stop is Venice! It’s going to be challenging with all our luggage for two months and with three kids but we don’t get phased easily. 🤪 We really wanted the kids to experience the city because it’s a place that holds a lot of special memories for me and Dan.

While were enjoying our time aboard the Disney Cruise in March, Daniel was in Dubai filming for The Go To Family.
One of his favorite days of his trip was going on a desert safari adventure just outside Dubai. He got to ride a vintage Land Rover in the sand dunes, watch a falcon flight and taste delicious Emirati Food in a traditional Bedouin camp.

I look at you two every day and wonder where the time has gone and how did you get so big? It doesn't seem like six years, but it has been and that's the weirdest feeling! I did it! I survived flying with three kids alone! Honestly, it wasn’t that bad, but that may be because the girls are already so used to traveling.
We met up with my mom who has been in Florida for the winter and she joined us on the Disney cruise.

The countdown is on! In four days, we will be aboard the Disney Fantasy.
The last time we were on the cruise was March 2020, just before life got crazy! It will be interesting to see all the changes that have been made. It's a little nerve-racking that we have to take a PCR test at the power! There's always that question of what if... 🤦‍♀️ We’ve done everything in our power to stay healthy, so hopefully we get no surprises. 🤞I will be filming the process and posting it to our YouTube Channel because I know a lot of people have questions about it.
Besides that, we’re all pumped and to be honest I would be happy just going around in circles to get on the ship. 🤪 The magic will be there no matter what for us.

The Go To Family will be on the road again in two weeks!
We're back to our pre-pandemic routine, where Dan travels somewhere in March to film while the girls and I head somewhere else to spend time with my mom. This year Dan has set his sights on Dubai! There's a lot of exciting stuff happening there right now so he will be filming a whole lot. He's going to hit up the Expo, eat lots of food and do some hotel reviews.
You guys can probably guess where I'm heading with the girls. 🤔 A place that has kinda become our second home. More on that on a separate post though. 😆

It feels like it has been forever since I posted on our Instagram. Honestly, it was never my intention to go so long. Our story has not changed and our goal to live a travel life is as strong as ever.
So, let’s have a minute of honesty here. I have written about suffering from anxiety online but not so much about suffering from seasonal depression. Winters are harsh in Montreal. It gets extremely cold and it feels like you can go weeks without seeing the sun. SAD tends to get worse as the temperature gets worse. October and January to March are the hardest. I can be in the best spot and it still creeps up. Every day, I have to be conscious of this and work to hold it down.
How I try to work through it is by focusing my energy on positive things. It’s not easy, especially with the pandemic restrictions here and the current division. Anyhow, that’s what I have been doing since late December. I committed to working out 4 to 5 days a week ( I have lost 6 pounds. 🎉) Continually, working on our YouTube channel (which is growing more than ever 🎉), taking time for myself (I got a hydra facial and LOVED it 😊). Spending more quality time with the kids ( the girls are mastering some school things after a lot of work and I’m so proud of them ❤️).
So, no I have not been ignoring Instagram but working on ‘life’. 🙏 Hopefully, this is the first day of regularly posting again. We’re also filming this month and I will write a little more about that in the coming days.

Hello, from LEGOLAND Florid!
We had a blast visiting LEGOLAND while staying at the Pirate Island Hotel. It felt great that we didn't have to wake up super early to get the park because the hotel is literally inside the park. Also, guests of the two Legoland hotels are able to enter the park from a separate entrance, there's no waiting at all to get into the park.
Once inside, we headed over to MINILAND USA, which features miniature Lego replicas of U.S. cities and landmarks such as the New York City, Las Vegas, the White House and Kennedy Space Center. It's really unbelievable what you can create with LEGO! It's definitely a highlight of the park!

We took a break from Walt Disney World this summer to visit the new LEGOLAND Pirate Island Hotel at LEGOLAND Florida. We were floored by how amazing theming is and you really feel immersed during your entire stay. I mean even the elevator has a pirate that sings as you go up and down! 🤪 The rooms also have a pirate bunk bed with a Lego play area and hidden treasure kids can find! This is definitely the place to stay if you have a pirate fan in the family!
