Good news for fans of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!
According to Tikiman’s Unofficial Polynesian Resort Pages, Ohana restaurant will be opening in July. The date of opening has not been officially announced, but it would be safe to assume it will be around mid-July when the new Moana rooms open at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
Booking has already commenced for the new Moana themed rooms and many are booked all the way into the fall. The new spaces feature a new color palette inspired by the Pacific Ocean and its many islands. Maui and Moana can be seen in the themed wallpaper and a Moana looking out a the sea with Pua, her little pig companion, on another wall. The rooms also included all-new furnishings and fixtures.
There is no word yet on when the monorail will open at the resort yet. From recent it appears that workers are getting close and will hopefully be able to finish by the end of the summer.
