Gideon’s BakeHouse at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World has cooked up some new sweet treats for the month of June.
In celebration of Pride Month, the Bakehouse has created a Rainbow Crunch Cake! This fluffy 3-Layer Vanilla Confetti Cake is covered with multi-colored Marshmallow Buttercream and laced with mega crunchy Rainbow Crumbs! Each Gideon’s cake is lovingly scratch-made by hand and is available by the slice every day of June.
Gideon’s Bakehouse also has a new White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut cookie. This limited edition cookie has homemade Salted Caramel and brushed with edible rainbow glitter.

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! 🏳️🌈 June is here, which means it’s time to switch up Limited Edition Cookies! Enter the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut! We can’t just give you a standard White Chocolate Mac Nut Cookie! Our homemade Salted Caramel is what levels up this classic flavor. The caramel bakes right in and sometimes even explodes right out to offer you a cookie that is fun and packed with flavors. Oh, did I mention we’re brushing them with edible rainbow glitter?!? “But wait, Gideon’s!” you say. “Isn’t that the November Cookie!?” Well, not anymore, friends! After causing the Great White Chocolate Shortage of 2020, we realized we need to space out our White Chocolate offerings and avoid depleting the nation of its supply. It’s the responsible thing to do.
This Cookie is AVAILABLE TODAY and every day this month in Gideon’s at @EastEndMkt and Gideon’s at @DisneySprings!
