There’s good news for ice cream enthusiasts in the EPCOT resort area. BoardWalk Ice Cream, a new ice cream parlor, is set to open today at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn officially.
The BoardWalk Ice Cream will replace Ample Hills Creamery, which closed over a year ago due to COVID-19. The new shop will open today at 3 pm.
The menu of BoardWalk Ice Cream is inspired by Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, one of Disney’s most popular ice cream parlors. Weekday hours will be 3 pm – 10 pm, and weekend hours will be 12 pm – 10 pm.

Ice Cream Sundaes
- Ride the Wave – $8: Two scoops of ice cream topped with whipped cream, toasted almonds, a cherry, and one topping of your choice.
- Surf’s Up Sundae – $10: Three scoops of ice cream topped with whipped cream, toasted almonds, a cherry, and one topping of your choice.
- Shoreside Sundae – $11: Three scoops of vanilla ice cream with hot fudge, marshmallow topping, and SNICKERS bar pieces topped with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and a cherry.
- Bayside Brownie À la Mode – $9: Brownie with hot fudge and vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, and a cherry
Additional toppings are available for $1 each.

It seems like things are getting a little more normal around Disney BoardWalk Inn. The hotel is set to open on July 2nd. At the moment, only the DVC Villa section of the hotel is open.
