Lovers of Gideon’s Bakehouse will be excited to learn that they have a new delicious cookie available. During the month of May, the bakehouse will be offering a special Peanut Butter espresso cookie.
Gideon’s Bakehouse is known to release limited edition cookies each month and May is no different. The news was announced via the bakehouse’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
“What happens when we combine our two favorite things? Answer: Peanut Butter Espresso Cookie, your May Limited Edition! This almost 1/2 pound Cookie features creamy Peanut Butter mixed with freshly ground, locally roasted, award-winning espresso bean. We top it with some delicious chocolates and throw on some house-made candied peanuts for the perfect amount of crunch to create this unique and flavorful Cookie. This is one of the most requested Limited Cookies in our history because Peanut Butter and Coffee is glorious! Carefully Crafted. Dreadfully Good. PB Espresso,” the announcement read.
The new cookie is available at DisneySprings now. There is a limit of two cookies per paying guest, although, because limited edition cookies usually sell out fast. It’s best to arrive early to increase your chances of tasting one of these sweet treats.

Late last month, Gideon’s Bakehouse released bites, which is essentially an entire Gideon’s Cookie, cut it into four pieces but with more toppings over each piece.
The Bakehouse in Walt Disney World‘s Disney Springs is currently open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
