SeaWorld Orlando has decided to change their mask policy and no longer require fully vaccinated employees to wear face masks while working.
The theme park is the first Orlando theme park to no longer require face coverings for its fully vaccinated workers. This policy adds to their already-altered mask policy that no longer requires fully vaccinated guests to wear masks in their parks. This policy also applies to Aquatica Orlando and Discovery Cove.
“We will not require proof of vaccine, but ask our guests to respectfully comply with our revised policy,” the park’s website says.
It remains to be seen if this will spark Walt Disney World and Universal to revise their mask-wearing policy for employees.
