Universal Orlando Resort will no longer require guests to wear masks outside in almost all cases. The policy will go into effect on Saturday, May 15th. This breaking news comes after Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings’ announced that masks are no longer required in the county.
Universal Studios updated their websites to reflect their change in policy. All Guests will be be required to wear masks at indoor locations, indoor hotel public areas and at all attractions. For attractions, it is from the moment the queue begins until the exit of the ride. This policy includes fully vaccinated individuals and the 3 feet social distancing policy is still in effect.
