In fact, Disneyland Paris’ Disneyland Hotel is to be rethemed to the Stories of Disney Princesses as the hotel is about to undergo a refurbishment to be rethemed with Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. While it doesn’t appear as though American families will be able to travel to Europe without quarantine measures this summer (as only vaccinated adults can visit freely as of press time), those wanting to book a trip to Disneyland in the French capital might want to start thinking about making plans and reservations for 2022. The Disneyland Hotel in Paris will be next on the resort’s hotel refurbishment plans with a Disney Princess theme reimaging the hotel.
Guests will get to enjoy new décor around the hotel from Disney films such as Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Frozen, and Tangled. This is all part of Disneyland’s commitment to continually invest in the guest experience and its successful strategy to infuse more beloved Disney franchises and stories into its hotels.
However, the complete renovation might take some time as it will include more than 5,700 rooms. Guest areas will also pay homage to these beloved films and their characters, while all hotel rooms and suites will be entirely re-themed to offer the most immersive experience.
Lifting Travel Bans
Earlier this month, French President Emmanuel Macros said that France is working to progressively lift the travel restrictions that have been in place ever since Covid-19 plagued the world back during the first quarter of 2020. He told CBS’s Face the Nation that France might begin to lift travel restrictions sometime in May, which will probably pave the way for summertime visits from other Europeans as well as Americans. Of course, vaccinated Americans will be the first to be given the greenlight for travel.
