From July 6 and lasting 37 mouth-watering days through to Aug. 12, Disney Springs is offering up the summery Flavors of Florida.
More than 30 restaurants and shops in the Disney Springs area will be celebrating and participating with Floridian signature dishes, cocktails and brews in this Foodie Heaven event.
There may just be some special surprises exclusively for Annual Pass holders, as well!
The Sunshine State is on display, gastronomically speaking as Disney Springs’ guests flock to the participating outlets to try entrees, mains, desserts, and drinks like Tender Fried Gator Bites at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ or Grouper Tacos and Golden Honey Margaritas at CityWorks.
Fancy yourself a Margarita aficionado? You will want to head to Dockside Margaritas, a laid-back waterfront bar themed after a 1960s Florida fruit stand, to try their Flavors of Florida specialties like chipotle or wine margaritas.
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar serves up the spice with Florida Shrimp Tacos– Jerk-spiced shrimp served in a grilled corn tortilla with watermelon pico de gallo and you’ll want to wash these down with a fountain favorite with a Floridian twist- the Coca-Cola Orange Cream Float from Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar.
The more adventurous can try the Florida Frog Leg “Lollipop” Tempura – Frog leg nuggets sweetened with an orange blossom honey glaze rolled in toasted sesame seeds and served on one-bite skewers from Morimoto Asia!
There are many other restaurants to satisfy your every summer craving, but perhaps desserts are your jam? Florida Sunset Éclairs at Amorette’s Patisserie and Orange Blossom Cupcakes from Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC will be sure to please.

Try the Key Lime Pies at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar or mix it up with a Key Lime Pie Donut at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew, a Key Lime Cheesecake Shake from Vivoli il Gelato, Chocolate Chip Key Lime Pie Cookies or Key Lime Pie Cakes from Gideon’s Bakehouse, a Key Lime Ganache Pop from The Ganachery or head to Goofy’s Candy Co. & Disney’s Candy Cauldron for Key Lime and Strawberry Cupcakes, Key Lime and Strawberry Marshmallow Pops and Key Lime and Strawberry Crisped Rice Treats.
Combine your sweet Key Lime love with savory at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant with their Florida Key Lime Salmon – Whiskey-cured house-smoked salmon, Florida Key lime, and herb crushed potatoes, pea texture, and horseradish-crusted crispy skin.
Already proving hugely popular is the watermelon-flavored Dole Whip served up on a watermelon wedge, or layered in a parfait with Key lime mousse and sprinkled with chocolate chips. This Marketplace treat combines two favorites in one!
And for the passholders? A bite-sized, more-ish Orange Bird ganache square is now available exclusively for Annual Passholder at The Ganachery. Be on the lookout for more special treats as the Flavors of Florida festival stretches on!
