Walt Disney World is thinking about the months to come and it appears they may be planning something big for Halloween 2021. On Thursday, Disney Parks kicked off its #HalfwaytoHalloween teaser with more details to be revealed in the coming days.
Is it Possible “Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party” Will be Returning to Magic Kingdom?
While there’s no doubt that each and every holiday is a special time to visit Walt Disney World, the parks are looking to celebrate Halloween a tad bit early this year. All of the fun begins the morning of May 7th.
The company says that throughout the day they will be not only sharing treats but also a special announcement as well as some “shiek peeks” along with a “mummy approved” Disney+ playlist, not-so-spooky planDisney tips, frightfully favorite Halloween wallpapers and much more.
The company said on their official blog,
“Our #HalfwaytoHalloween celebration is extending into the weekend this year as well with a LIVE @DisneyParks TikTok event on May 8th that’ll include a behind-the-scenes look at the Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World Resort and appearances from Walt Disney Imagineers. Tune in tomorrow to learn more about Saturday’s TikTok event. “
It definitely sounds Disney might announce the return of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party which unfortunately was canceled in 2020 because of the ongoing pandemic that has been the coronavirus. Should MNSSHP come back, this will be exciting news for many Disney fans who are looking to celebrate with their favorite mouse during this upcoming holiday season.
