Royal Caribbean Announces Dates and Bands for it’s 2022 Monsters of Rock Cruise

The 10th anniversary of the annual Monsters of Rock cruise is getting set to sail on Royal Caribbean’s 3,634 pax Freedom of the Seas in February of 2022. But the best news is that rock legend Alice Cooper has been announced as the headlining act!

The five-night cruise is a full ship charter so you can rock on with your fellow hard rock and metal fans as the Freedom of the Seas leaves Miami, Florida on February 9 and cruises to Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas and Labadee, Haiti. Both locations are Royal Caribbean’s own private island paradises.

Of course, while everyone loves a tropical nirvana, this cruise is all about the music. A total of 35 artists will be performing throughout at the cruise in the major ship venues. See Skid Row in the 1320 seat capacity Arcadia Theatre, Queensrÿche in the 299 guest Pharaoh’s Palace show lounge, and Cinderella’s Tom Keifer in the 218 seat Crypt nightclub.

If the cruise ship is rocking… then you are in the right place!

The full supporting line up can be found here .

Besides the music, official cruise hosts from VH1, Sirius XM and more will moderate Q&A’s between the bands and the cruisers and host activities “specifically designed to bring the party up a notch.”

Yes, you could find yourself ‘Cooking with Rock Stars’, ‘Painting With Rock Stars’, playing a game of “Rock Stars vs Average Joe” Basketball or Beach Volleyball, participating in Gong Show Karaoke or “So You Think You Can Shred.”

There will themed nights and opportunities to dine with selected bands, and of course you will not want to forget your camera.

The 2022 Monsters of Rock Cruise can be booked here now with  cabins starting at $1,799.00 per person double occupancy, before fees and taxes.
