Summer 2022 is the scheduled date for Disney Vacation Club members to be able to enjoy the new accommodations specially designed for their comfort in mind The Villas at The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
However, thanks to the newly released concept art from Disney, everyone can see how the newly refurbished rooms will look when completed next year.
Widely known for its 1890s Victorian architecture, The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa boasts an elegance that is unparalleled by other Walt Disney Resort properties and has become a favorite amongst Disney Vacation Club Members.
Looking at the stunning designs coming their way soon, it only appears that the resort will gain popularity.
Disney Vacation Club Members have access to all the room types at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and there is a room-size/ specific amenity to suit everyone!
The deluxe studios at the resort accommodate families with five beds-soon with three of which will tuck away when not being used, granting the vacationers more space. One queen-sized bed stays while another queen and bunk-size bed – perfect for the kids– pull down at bedtime.
Those looking for more space will want to utilize the spacious one or two bedroom villas, complete with full kitchens and large living areas as well as all the mod-cons of home including a washer and dryer.
These villas will also feature the pull down and hide away queen and bunk bed (which is hidden beneath the entertainment center), situated in the living room.
Traveling with even larger parties? The three-bedroom grand villa sleeps up to 12 guests. This villa features two bedrooms with two queen-size beds each, along with a bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The dining area and living room feature sophisticated Mickey and Minnie Victorian-themed silhouettes and other Disney artwork
Along with upgrades and enhancements, The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is expanding, adding almost 200 resort studios.
The proposed new resort studios, a Disney Vacation Club room type unique to the property, will feature two queen-size beds and a day bed with room for up to five guests.
