Three more Princess Cruises Medallion class ships will be standing up in 2022, sailing from North American ports.
Princess Cruises has announced that The Crown Princess will begin sailings out of Los Angeles on February 13 with 7 days of Classic California Coast cruises hitting three ports- San Francisco for an overnight stop, San Diego, and Ensenada, Mexico.
In March the Crown Princess will embark on a 15-Day Hawaiian Islands Roundtrip cruise from Los Angeles calling into Kahului, Hilo, Honolulu, Kauai, and Ensenada.
Next, the Crown Princess will travel north to its new homeport of Seattle. Her 7-Day Northern California Coast cruises will continue overnighting in San Francisco and call into Astoria and Victoria. She will also run 6-Day Pacific Wine Country cruises to San Francisco, Astoria, Victoria, and Vancouver.
After another, sunny 16-Day Hawaiian Islands Cruise from Seattle the vessel will begin the Alaskan cruising season. Starting in May and through July she will sail 7-Day Inside Passage cruises calling into Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, Victoria, and scenic sailing through Glacier Bay National Park.
The Island Princess will start operations again on March 6, 2022, porting out of Fort Lauderdale.
The Island Princess will operate Southern, Eastern, and Western Caribbean cruises, on 14, 10 and 7-day cruises to stunning locations like St. Thomas, Antigua, St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Kitts, Honduras Belize, Cozumel Costa Maya, and Princess Cays; Princess Cruise Lines’ private resort in Eleuthera, Bahamas.
In April the Island Princess will begin cruising between Florida and California, traversing the Panama Canal and stopping in Puerto Vallarta and Huatulco, Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia.
The ante really raises in May when the Island Princess embarks on an epic 34-Day Fire, Ice & The Arctic Circle Grand Adventure.
Departing from Fort Lauderdale, she will stop at Halifax before heading to Reykjavik, Isafjordur, and Akureyri in Iceland. Next is The Shetland Islands, Cork and Cornwall before becoming north bound again, stopping in Haugesund, Olden, Tromso, Honningsvag, Longyearbyen, Trondheim, Andalsnes, and Skjolden/Sognefjord in Norway before ending up in Southampton, England . She will then stay in the UK, Scandinavia and Baltic region for the summer.
Rounding out the three Medallion Class ships coming back online for Princess Cruises is the Royal Princess.
Royal Princess will begin sailings to Alaska on 12, 7, and 14-day Alaskan Cruises starting May 2 until the end of the Alaskan season in September. From there the Royal Princess will say farewell from Vancouver as it heads off on a glorious 29-Day Hawaii, Tahiti & South Pacific Crossing, hitting ten stunningly beautiful ports: Victoria, Kona, Honolulu, Tahiti, and Bora Bora. After crossing the International Date Line she’ll call into the New Zealand ports of Picton, Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland, and the Bay of Islands before settling into her new homeport of Sydney, Australia.
By the time the Royal Princess begins her cruises in May of 2022, 11 of Princess Cruise Lines’ 14 ships will be back at sea. All ships will be sailing with fly vaccinated crew and guests
